We ship with DHL. In the checkout you can choose between tracked or untracked shipping. You’ll find all shipping charges (domestic and international) below.
Untracked shipping (& without insurance) means that you order at your own risk! There is NO WAY to track your parcel. If DHL loses or damages a parcel once it’s in their responsibility, there can be no refund. If you want to avoid that risk we strongly recommend tracked shipping!
For delivery to non-EU countries: the customer pays customs fees. All The Problems In This World / Jan Utecht, has no influence on customs duties and therefore they are not included in the product and shipping costs. We provide DHL with a detailed declaration for customs control.
We charge no extra fee for packing material.
